"Ritual" is the first single off of Drea's upcoming debut EP, Ocean Avenue. Accentuated by warm vocal harmonies and an inviting rhythm section heavy with nostalgia, “Ritual” is a feel-good song that captures and describes the kind of love that feels ceremonial and sacred. The Ocean Avenue EP is a crossroads of Drea’s eclectic musical background. A hybridization of influences from growing up, Drea pulls equally from the likes of Aretha Franklin, Erykah Badu, and Alicia Keys as well as from Fleetwood Mac and Tom Petty to name a few. “Ritual” is her homage to Soul and R&B.
